I need help please

Hi,

I was trying to sign my son up for this clan, but I need a form to fill out because he under 13 yrs. old. I was sent the form once and I couldn't print it out at that moment when I tried to log back in to print it up the form was not there anymore to view.

Can someone send me the form again?

Have you checked the email used to register the account? A copy is usually sent there. I'm working on getting a second copy as well.
