Hi. Don't understand the difference between IG promotion and IG ads. What will be better for my account?

Hello, Danny. I will explain you the difference. The main difference is that Instagram promotions feature is only available to business accounts. IG promotions can only be used to boost the visibility of an existing post or story on your feed. It'l like boost post on FB. IG ads must be created and posted from FB manager. Instagram promotions allows you to select your target audience based on age, location and broad interests. IG ads provide more options to refine your target audience, such as behaviours, interests and other demographics. Promotions and Ads are the ways to get more followers on IG. You con use these both methods to increase the number of subscribers. -
